About Elmstead
Care in every room.
Elmstead is an estate cleanout service for Sherwood Park and the Edmonton region, built around patience, respect and close attention to detail.
Our approach
Careful work, done properly.
I'm Peter Hiebert. I started Elmstead because clearing a family home deserves more care than a quick haul away. Every job starts with a walkthrough and a fixed written price. We go room by room, set aside valuables and papers for the family, donate what we can, and finish with a broom-clean home and a before and after photo report. The truck, dump trailer and a two-person crew are in place, and I'm on every job.
Our principles
What guides us.
